Booking Information
Sandra is available Tuesday – Friday, from 9am – 5pm at Templestowe Psychology. The clinic is located at 286 Manningham Road, Templestowe Lower.
Call (03) 9846 1111 to make an appointment or request a booking online by clicking on the link below. Flexible appointments outside of these hours can be arranged. Sandra is also available for consulting with organisations.
Our Fees
Individual sessions are 50 minutes in duration- Adolescents (14-18years) and Adults – $200 per session (Medicare rebates may apply)
Couple & Family sessions are 90minutes in duration – $270 per session (Medicare rebates may apply)
Payments are required at the time of your appointment and can be made via EFTPOS, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash. We also have the ability to process your rebate onsite.
For approved VOCAT/TAC/WorkSafe clients, we will bill directly to these third parties and there should be no out of pocket cost in these circumstances. Please call our friendly reception staff to enquire.
Our Rebates
Under the Better Access to Mental Health Initiative, those with a Mental Health Care Plan receive
rebates for up to ten psychological consultations per calendar year.
Many private health funds also provide rebates. Please contact your private health fund for more
detailed information.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that your appointment time may be offered to someone else. Please note that we require a minimum 24 hours’ notice, to avoid a cancellation fee. Missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee as that time has been set aside and often can not be filled at such short notice. This cancellation fee needs to be settled before another appointment can be made. It is important to note that this cancellation fee can not be claimed through Medicare or private health funds.
