Dr Sandra Porter
BSc/BPsych (Hons), MPsych, PhD

Dr Sandra Porter is a Psychologist and Psychology Board-approved supervisor who is passionate about helping individuals maintain their mental health and well-being. Whilst specialising in trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Sandra also assists clients with grief, loss, anxiety, depression and stress as well as relational and interpersonal challenges. Sandra works collaboratively with clients to identify and explore their own goals in therapy and feels strongly about providing culturally appropriate care to all people from diverse backgrounds.
Sandra has worked extensively in the community health sector and has experiences working in the private hospital sector in a specialist trauma service. She has led and completed studies with emergency service organisations in Victoria, regarding the health and well-being of workers and the impact their work has on their lives. She is passionate about helping the helpers within our community.
Sandra is an experienced group facilitator. She has worked with a road trauma organisation, facilitating groups regarding the impact of road trauma and education as well as developed and facilitated group work for related victims of violent crime.
Using evidence-based approaches, Sandra will assist you to meet your goals.
Sandra has extensive experience working in the area of trauma and
the emergency services. Sandra has completed 3 qualitative research studies exploring the impacts
of being a first responder on the lives of Police Officers and Ambulance Paramedics. Sandra has
worked within a specialist unit providing psychological support to members of the armed forces, as well as members of the Police Force and Ambulance Paramedics.
Sandra is available to consult with corporate stakeholders, businesses and organisations to explore the importance of staff well-being in the context of balancing work and life.

Priscila Coelho
BScPsych (Hons), MPsych

Priscila is a Psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists (AAPi).
Priscila’s professional experience encompasses a diverse clientele, ranging from young people (14y/o) to individuals 60+. She has experience in addressing and advocating for various presentations, including neurodevelopmental conditions such as Autism, as well as mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, gender-related concerns, significant life transitions, and interpersonal relationship challenges.
Creating a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive space is of utmost importance to Priscila. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and an ally to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, neurodiverse, and immigrant communities, Priscila is dedicated to fostering inclusivity. Fluent in Portuguese, she can effectively work with clients if this is their preferred language
